The staff is super. Fun and nice. Slight problem with some machines (1-2) but thankfully there's a lot of those so it's alright

We already two times ordered Fanta in MC Donalds Bascule and both times we received just orange color water. We are really disapointed. And today we missed one piece of order, we payed but didnt receive it. We suggest to check if you have all items which you ordered.

The staffs Works very slow, and Sometimes Rude to the professional person like uber deliveroo which we really dont like. But food quality is good.

When less crowded hamburgers are really warm and fresh, in particular if you dont order BigMac. Hence, avoid crowded hours.

We ordered online through takeaway.com just some ice cream and fries and we waited for like an hour but still nothing so we called mcdo bascule and they said that there was a problem or whatsoever. We usually order a lot since we are a lot at home but this time we just ordered some desserts. I’m just disappointed since I’m a costumer for years now and it’s not the first time that there was a problem but this is the first time that I’m posting about it since I had enough of this kind of service. I hope that they’ll get better though

The worst fries I have had at a McDonald's, ever... In nearly 40 years of going to McDonald's in more countries around the world than I can remember. They were over cooked to the point of being powdery when bitten. I messaged McDonald's Belgium and got no response after more than 24 hours. They don't care. Go anywhere else.
