Had a lovely quiet relaxing swim. They've updated the reception area but not the changing rooms or showers though which is a shame, I think it's long overdue.

Huge pool for a health club. Clean, tidy. Great facilities, although kind of felt like a lobster being boiled in the hot tub! Not too busy on our Saturday visit. Shame there were no treatments available or more loungers poolside.
The swimming pool is very nice, as the relaxing area around it. The gym has some good resistance equipment, but the treadmills are old. The spin room is poor with bikes that do not have any readouts. Generally good but not wonderful.
Excellent facilities..... Very helpful staff...always most courtious. Very calm relaxing atmosphere.
Did a 2 for 1 offer here for a friend who was getting married. What a lovely place, the swimming pool was lovely as was the sauna and jacuzzi. The high tea was beautifully presented, all the staff were friendly and helpful. The views over the golf course and beyond were amazing. Can understand why people choose this place to get married, stunning! Not sure about the statue at the front though, he might put you off!
