16th Dec 2020 - Bought a Snow Leopard 26". It hasn't been even 4 days and the front suspension broke down. The disk brakes make a lot of shrill noise when applied. The front derailleur was rubbing a lot with the chain and when I went to the store for a fix, his mechanic started to manually bend the derailleur with a plier. When asked why such brute measure is being used, he said that this is how repairs are done. Update (25th Dec 2020) - the crankset (pedal part) or the front hub keeps on making noise and starts making an additional knocking sound when peddled harder. Due to no update from company's I have been left no choice but to file a consumer complaint. P.s.- I feel that Either my bike is defective or the company is making sub-standard products.
