MANAS RANJAN SAHOO

Manas Ranjan Sahoo is one of the very few qualified Prosthetist & Orthotist in Rajasthan. He has done his Masters in Prosthetics & Orthotics (MPO) from Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay National Institute for Persons with Physical Disabilities ( PDUNIPPD), New Delhi, Bachelor in Prosthetics & Orthotics from National Institute for the Orthopaedically Handicapped (NIOH), Kolkata and Diploma in Prosthetics & Orthotics from Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay National Institute for the Persons with Physical Disabilities (PDUNIPPD), New Delhi. He is a member of Orthotic & Prosthetic Association of India (OPAI) and also a member of International Society for Prosthetists & Orthotists (ISPO). During his BPO training he got trained with one of the Pioneer Mr. A. N. Nanda Sir, Specialized in Lower Limb Prosthetics. He got adequate exposure of the outdoor, indoor and emergency care in Prosthetic Rehabilitation. After completing his training, he joined Seva in Action, Bangalore, Mobility India, Bangalore and Naryan Seva Sansthan, Udaipur as Consultant Prosthetist & Orthotist. He had numerous publications in peer reviewed journals. He has presented talks at various conferences on numerous occasions. Apart from clinical practice, he is deeply interested in academics and research work. His area of interest are Prosthetics & Spinal Orthotics.
