After multiple cancellations for Cyberpunk 2077's Collector's Edition, I turned to Kim from this Game Mania store (she formerly worked in the store in Eindhoven) and not only was she kind enough to let me know well in advance that they would have a spare Collector's Edition, but ALSO offered to ship it to me directly from the store to my home to ensure I wouldn't have to go out and risk exposing myself to COVID. Amazing service; beats the hell out of other Game Mania stores I've been to, like Eindhoven's current bunch, or back here in Tilburg
