During the time of covid, I think it is important to have protocols in place to allow for safer environments, sure. My husband and I brought our 18 month twin boys to the aquarium to enjoy. When we walked up to the door a man greeted us and said that we needed an appointment. Unfortunately we were unaware of this. Instead of cutting us some slack, he absolutely refused to let us in. Sure, keep protocols. But be a human and realize how hard it is to get 18 month twins anywhere.

This was a great experience. Kid friendly as well as a friendly tour guide. You do need to make an appointment, it is not available by walkup only. Masks are required for entry. The walking trail has a nice view of the salt marsh, the sound, and the river.

Glad that people are being turned away if they don’t have an appt during a pandemic . This place is seriously beautiful and while i was passing through Savannah on a business trip, i did some research and saw it was by appt only. This made me feel safe going since visitor traffic was being managed in a safe way. Hopefully we can return to normaly soon. Loved this safe, cute, and beautiful place and will return !

Was looking fore something informative but inexpensive to do. This did not disappoint. My family of 5 cost 24 and we were there for Two Hours. The aquarium itself is Very small with two touch tanks. The outside portion has picnic groves, educational areas, and a decent walking trail. On our walk we saw small crabs, multiple different birds and a deer!! There is no food sold on the property but is a short drive from a Publix and Kroger. The whole family was very happy with our experience.
