I have always had very positive experiences at the Westshore Primary Facility in Avon, Ohio. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and their service is always very prompt. The medical personnel have always been able to diagnose and treat my conditions fully and effectively. I would recommend this facility and its staff to anyone.

Dr. Davis and her staff were friendly, professional and helpful. I did not have an overly long wait and they helped me with each question I had about my health. I was especially grateful for how kind and patient they were with my 3 year old who was in tow!

There are multiple doctors here but i have never had a bad experience. One of them is my primary and he has been taking care of me and my kids for over 12 years. There is normally a wait but its worth it. They will listen to everything you have going on and then take care of it. The staff and drs are genuinely good people. I have suggested them to many people. My mother and many friends go to them now.

Receptionist very rude and unpleasant. Arguing with me about a bill they never sent or gave me. I'm already sick don't need an attitude when I am trying to be seen by a doctor to get antibiotics do I dont get any sicker or end up with pneumonia.
