Nice chain that many locals come to have a cheap dinner with their family. As per the name of their restaurant, Kushi Hachi focuses mainly on fried skewers but they have many more dishes to enjoy. Skewers range from 70 to a little over 100 and are sold individually but have recommended sets. The kushi were delicious but my favorite dish was definitely Nankotsu karaage!

Kushi hachi restaurant located right next to rokujizo station. The place is generally crowded so better to get reservation. They have Japanese style rooms for bigger groups with floor tatami seating. For smaller groups they have table seating. They are famous for the kushiage fried food. But they also have yakitori, sashimi, sushi, salad, and other dishes. Food quality is good and service is nice as well. Price is average.
Love it here. No English but if you have a host that can take you, do it.
Can make reservations for large groups. I recommend to eat everything while it’s still hot.
美味しくて、忙しい中でも対応は早い。4、5回行ってるが、毎回、どのガードマンもかなり偉そうで、早よ入れや！早よ行けや！と車に対して怒鳴り蹴散らしてる。契約してる警備会社変えたほうがいいんじゃないですか？？
