Purchased flowers from avas flowers using this vender in Ukiah second time I have had an issue with this vender. Twice now, the product expected did not appear anything like they were suppose to be. The valentine flowers delivered where wilted bent over so much greenery and certainly looked nothing like the photo. 89.00 dollars. Vender and Avas keep giving me the run around. Use another vender if you want to send flowers for special occasion.

She loved the flowers for her bday!
I ordered the flowers on the right with the white and blue. When they arrived, they were all white. I paid what I paid because I wanted the blue and white flowers. I called and spoke with the manager, Rebecca, who was quite rude and told her I was unhappy with my order as the flowers were not as described in the description. She explained that they were out of blue flowers. I explained that I ordered the white and blue because blue was the recipient's favorite color. She said said the vase was blue....GRRRR! I asked why they did not call and tell me this before sending the flowers and give me options. She told me she could pick up the flowers that had already been delivered and give her something different. I told her that was a terrible idea as this was a gift. We finally agreed that they would give me 30 back on my order. A week later and 3 follow up calls with Rain Forest with Jason and Rebecca, I am still waiting on my refund. I would not recommend this florist to anyone. Worst experience ever.
Ahh, good old Ukiah customer service, locals being rude to other locals. Wanted to send an anonymous arrangement and was told that "was a pain" by the man taking my order, that it would lead to "confusion" on her part. When I explained it would be fine, he gave me a "whatever" over the phone. Classic example of small town futility in customer satisfaction - luckily, unlike the bad old days of Ukiah small-business monopolies, I was able to go with their competitor, Gina's Floral Enchantment, who was both friendly and professional in handling my order. Thanks, Gina!
Exceptional Customer Service. I placed an order for delivery. Apparently the recipient had moved. This florist went into detective mode trying multiple apartments and talking to neighbors. I am so grateful for the follow through and will certainly be using this florist again.
Awesome people and best flowers around
I called these guys to have flowers sent to a nearby hospital. I don't live in California so I just took a chance after finding them on the internet. The girl that answered the phone was very nice and thorough. Even though it was already the afternoon they said they would still be able to deliver the flowers that day and indeed they did so within two hours. Even though I only paid for the the most basic bouquet required for delivery it was still a really beautiful arrangement. My friend sent me a picture and even though I wasn't very specific with how the bouquet should be they still did a really beautiful job and everyone was happy with it.
