The guy at the front desk was super helpful. All they had available when I called was a 5x5, and he could see that we were going to struggle fitting everything. He looked into it, and was able to find us a 5x7 and it fit all our stuff perfectly.

I appreciate the fact that the grounds are kept clean and that the area is secure. With COVID-19 the staff has also gone beyond to accommodate their clients when it comes to answering inquiries, making payments, and for new customers or those shopping for a rental unit, they readily have the information available. The Staff needs to be acknowledged in all areas of customer interaction.
Very Clean and Safe Storage units! I feel secure with my belonging being stored here. The last year and a half of my life has been hard for me and full of unknowns that put me in a state of constant worry. During all that time, Ukiah Self Storage has been very supportive and understanding and I cannot tell you how much that has meant to me. To have a business tell me they understand what I am having to go through and also help me through it. I can never explain how thankful I am or express how much it meant to me.
