Here you may unexpectedly find a cozy place to enjoy a beautiful music. The concert hall provides an exceptional acoustics and makes it so powerful and touchy to listen to a good Philarmonic orchestra like ones we have in Ukraine. Take your time and I hope you'll be lucky to see that kind of performance. What is also great about this place is that being academic it provides plenty of free concerts that are available frequently.

Careful of the Statues here, they’re dangerous!

As i walked out my hotel one night the sound of the symphony stoped me in my tracks. As i pay my respects to the men and women that had lost there lives where i stood it was overall a experience i will never forget.

It's very easy to get lost inside. However, it's a nice venue for jazz concerts and other performances. Sometimes, if you're lucky and confident enough to just walk in, you may visit the vocal/instrumental exams here. High quality and for free.

Everything is known in comparison... Old building has own disadvantages for good and comfortable service. But it's lyric... People come here to take emotions. And emotions are here always. Come and take ))

Great variety of classical, opera and jazz performances take place here. Acoustics is OK and the subway service vibration heard from down under gives its charming vibes.

Place, being a significant venue for a musical and theatre performance, need renovation this days. Nice for old soviet architecture lovers though.
