The staff in this store is quite helpful & understanding. I think this is the best store I have ever visited. I loved the way they treated their customers. This shop takes a very good care of following all the guidelines issued during the time of pandemic the sanitization and maintaine of social distancing. Thank you so much 5 stars from my side.

•location is completely wrong..... •staffs are not that much supportive... They don't take any load for customer satisfaction.... It seems like they are exhausted everytime. •if you want to visit idea store it would be better for you that dont visit here other wise you will feel later that why did u even wasted your time •staff can only help you in simple problems only. •too much disappointed with this store.... This is the worst ever experience I've ever faced. •even in terms of a store standard and decorum they got completely failed too..... Even normal shops are more good than this store.

Worst experience. Don't ever go to this idea store. They staff is just a bunch of fools. They don't know how to talk to customer also.. plus they are suggesting me to Port to Airtel instead of resolving my issue.
