Visited here after driving across the incredible road across from Inverness (not the boring NC500) and we love seafood - the pictures online looked really good so we came here. The normal menu didn't really have much seafood but there is a seafood specials menu inside - trouble was it turned out the seafood platter, all lobster and halibut dishes weren't available, neither were mussels (all were in season). We went for the langoustine as a starter - 11.95 for 3 cold small langoustines! Then the scallops 'in a pan' and the dressed crab - both 23. I understand good seafood in a good location can be expensive, but 23 for a crab with just a small handful of salad leaves is a bit much (and 6 scallops with chips for the same price isn't great either). You're better off saving the money and going to the fish shack nearby for proper fresh seafood at a fraction of the price.

Decided to take a drive from the Black Isle this evening for Fish & Chips. It was honestly amazing, best fish I have had and nice chips. What made it even better was the lovely view and seeing two seals in the harbour. Will definitely be back!

It was lovely and friendly. Staff helpful and food was really good. I had the fish and chips, fish was huge. The only thing I would comment on was there was no salad and I had to ask for tartar sauce. One of the food servers wasn't wearing a mask too sadly hence only 4 stars

A great fish and chips takeaway. My white pudding supper was delicious and decently priced. Customers are expected to wait outside whilst their order is prepared and are given a buzzer to tell them when to come inside and collect their order. We didn’t have to wait long for our order.

Very helpful staff, food was excellent. Chef certainly knows how to cook the fish. My husband has been in the hotel and catering industry for 48 years and said the mussells were the best he,'d tasted for quite some time. Would certainly recommend it.

Chips were the best I've tasted, and believe me I've eaten a lot of chips. The fish was lovely and juicy and the batter was golden and crispy. Great also that it was cooked to order. Oh, and the location!!!! Beautiful ️

Fabulous food, a warm and secure welcome with hand sanitiser everywhere. Dog friendly, good quality food for almost a reasonable price. I felt the fc while the fish was huge, it did feel expensive.
