Used this practice whilst travelling alone and encountering a sudden medical problem. Saw 2 doctors on 2 consecutive days and found the doctors and reception team to be sympathetic and efficient. Both doctors gave me plenty of time and information and both had a really lovely reassuring manner.

Called at 1700 on a week day. Was seen and sorted immediately, though I was prepared to wait. Really impressive service and lovely professional doctor. Thank you!
Despite my wife being registered here along with various other surgeries as we are travellers. Will NEVER forgive them for forcing her out her bed to collect her monthly prescription. ( they refuse her request for me too be able to collect it). When my wife returned too oor wee wheeled home. She was in unimaginable pain. ( never walked again). This and other events. Meant after her death I was left with reoccurring nightmare.. Wishing we had done something different. But we tried. Talking both together. We wrote notes. We begged. Even swore and shouted . but were met wae silence.. Aye so No stars would be my vote. My hope though that things have improved. Love n hugs Mel and Andy
