I am sadly writing to say that Frederik Slayer's word means nothing! He is the stereotypical salesman! He says all the right things but once you have bought the car you are out of sight out of mind. He promises you things however he will ignore you if things go wrong. My suggestion is to steer clear from these cowboys!!! For example, I picked up my car on the 5th of June and I noticed a part that had been promised was missing once I had arrived home. My main gripe is that they promised on a number of occasions to deliver a part that wasn't expensive but after 6 months of asking and him saying ill post it ASAP.... I have not received it. I have now given up. They are liars and have very poor service! They have wasted my time! I have also needed to go to another garage to fix their mistakes. He has continually promised without delivering!! He is clearly a dodgy salesman whose word is worth nothing!
