Rude. Impersonal. Never open on time. Now they charge outrageous fees and the app doesn't work on a flagship android phone that's only a few years old. I'm switching to PTSB across the road.
Staff very friendly but policy of the bank needs update.... I spend more than 30 min. to open account and nothing.... my EU identification or citizen ID it's not alowed on the bank??????
i was short changed 150 euro went right back to the lady teller and she denied it said she was right she never counted the money in front of me just gave it to me in a envelope 1500 she told me on checking it was wrong no matter what i said she was right i lost 150 and i am without work now 2 children something tells me she had done this befor just had that feeling ulster bank in clanbassil st dundalk co louth
Freindly & helpful staff, but again the operations management are so out of touch with the customer its a joke. Recent example - copy other banks by installing machines to replace counter staff. Of course the machines dont work perfectly, customers need time to adjust to them. So they have 2 counter positions & 1 staff working (all the times I visited). Remove quick lodge facility without warning (You can use the machine with a card or if you have you own lodgement slip?? as bank dint have any). Phew... rant over. Sorry to say I have moved to another bank - who is not much better but a little more organised. A new challenger in the market would be very welcome

I was in bank twice this week had leave both times one till on with man was training and he couldn't have went any slow disgrace on friday
