I give this company full marks! I bought a house with an 18-year-old furnace and AC, and the water heater was almost that old, too. I knew the systems were going to fail, so I started collecting bids. Sure enough, my furnace's blower motor totally died in the middle of a cold snap. Kyle came out to finalize the bid and he was totally patient in answering all my detailed questions. I signed the bid that night, and Ultimate was out the very next morning. They swapped out my furnace, AC, and water heater in one day. They were super responsive and the work was totally professional. I'm so happy I found a reliable HVAC company that I can count on as long as I'm in this house! I'm also very happy with the Carrier equipment they installed, which is performing well. I went with a heat pump instead of a traditional AC, and at times it has been running my heat on the heat pump instead of the furnace down below 30 degrees. This is really impressive! I went with the new Carrier heat pump because it had a larger heating capacity than competing equipment at a better price point. Very happy with that choice so far. Heat pumps in Colorado can work! Can't wait to get solar installed and heat my house with clean renewable energy! Thanks, Ultimate!

One of the best HVAC companies I have ever worked with! Had a new Evaporative Cooler and Furnace installed along with some electrical work and new thermostats installed as well. Very professional team (technicians and office staff) from estimate, install to follow up. Kyle and Christian both were fantastic in answering all questions, went above and beyond their job scope and were extremely courteous. Quality of work was outstanding! Highly recommend!

Great professional company. Lloyd goes out of his way to make sure things are done how they should be. Even after he gave me a bid, we walked the property just before they were to begin and he saw a few things that bother them and said that he would take care of it at no additional cost. That goes a long way. He has a quality staff who is always on time. I have used ultimate heating and cooling on various projects over the last five years and been very happy.

Do not use this company you will waste your time and money. Paid for them to come out and maintenance my unit. They only did half of the job. Never looked at my inside unit. When I had them come back out to finish the job they wanted to charge me more money to maintenance the inside unit. The first day they came out they should’ve recommended that as well but did not. So now the second day he has found more items to charge me for. The pictures are after he said he cleaned my AC. And charged me 160 to do so. The only thing that I can see he did for 160 is use my hose to spray down the outside unit. And change my filter.
