BBB is full of complaints about this company. They keep deleting posts to hide the truth! Scam!! Amanda and Lupe have stolen my families money at Christmas and other families money. They lead you on to believe the house is yours, take your money, and then just leave you hanging without the rental or your app money back. BBB again notified. Don’t let them steal from you! Even folks with credit scores above 740 with no criminal background and great renters history are being scammed by this company due to they rent out houses to who they choose not the best qualified applicant. Help yourself and your wallet in these tough economical times! Don’t deal with this company!

Lupe has been very helpful with helping my family and I enjoy our time while renting from Ultimate Properties. Although my family has been impacted financially due to COVID-19, Lupe has been able to work with us and make sure we are able to stay current on our rent and come out on top financially. We appreciate the hard work she had put in to help us make sure we can make our payments on time. Working with Lupe has made our experience pleasant and part of the reason we were more than happy to renew our lease for another year. She has gone above and beyond and we are very thankful. Additionally, Ultimate Properties is very fast in their response to any needed maintenance requests. As a renter, this makes me feel like our needs are heard and are of top priority. We are glad to be renting from Ultimate Properties.

Having had rental home properties in three states over 30 years, by far Ultimate Properties is the best property management company I have ever worked with. A family run business that makes me, as a client, feel like I'm part of their family. They are honest and upfront with their structure and fees. No hidden anything. My two tenants have had great working relationships with their staff. As I near retirement I have been thinking of getting out of the home rental business. However, Ultimate Properties makes me want to continue as well as buy another home to rent just because they are that good and professional with their management of tenants and owners. It was 100 degrees the AC stopped working first thing I did is file a maintenance request in the morning and ultimate properties provided a phone number for someone to come fix the AC but they did not have an opening until almost 4 days from today I tried to contact ultimate properties multiple times and they are not responding to the issue. I told ultimate properties that I have a disability and I cannot be in this conditions and they continue to ignore the issue I follow all the instructions process in the contract. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE POOR COMMUNICATION AND NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS.
