I bought an Ultracraft Vanity. It was a higher end natural wood. I paid a lot and expected high quality. The edge around one of the draws was separated. I asked Ultracraft for new drawers. I said I wanted multiple drawers because I wanted color match. They shipped me one drawer and the color didn't match the others. I spent about a 6 trips going back and forth to my retailer trying to get this resolved. In the end, I gave the drawer to my local carpenter fixed it.

We've been purchasing and installing Ultracraft Cabinetry for many years. We do high-end kitchen remodeling, along with major additions, whole house remodels, room additions, etc. We, and our clients, have consistently been happy with this company and their product, finding Ultracraft to be consistent and dependable. The cabinets are well made -- made to order in any increment of size. There are a huge number of door styles, wood species, paint and stain finishes (including custom), inserts, and upgrades available - enough to satisfy a wide variety of tastes. We always specify the full-extension drawer glides and dovetail drawers. Since everything is custom made, and our orders are large, we plan for and expect a lead time of 4 - 5 weeks for each delivery, once the order has been finalized and approved. We do all demo and prep of the new space while the cabinets are being manufactured. I saw some recent rants from reviewers, but that has not been our experience at all, over dozens of full kitchen orders over many years. I highly recommend Ultracraft, and feel good about going on the record to say so.
STAY AWAY!!! I ordered cabinets and was first told 3 weeks, then 5. 3 weeks in the said it would be another 8 weeks. That is over 3 months altogether....They said it was not their problem and would do NOTHING to rectify. I lost 4 weeks as now I cant get new cabinets ordered until next week and I am running into the holidays. The ones I ordered from another company for my bathrooms at the same time have already come in. I HATE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
Kitchen cabinet coating/ veneer is bubbled and peeling off.. just spent 50 minutes on hold on the phone to try and see what my options are.. finally hung up the phone.
