Absolutely fantastic service again from Ultra LEDs. Ordered 2 large globe squirrel cage bulbs and 2 pygmy 1.5 watt bulbs and all delivered before the due date. This is the second time in a couple of years that I have used them and a first class service each time.

Bough some Led strips for my house. Great selection of products on the website. Very good customer service, they've answered all my technical questions and provided some useful advice.
I ordered some LED items and they shipped the wrong ones. I tried calling but their phone is continually engaged. Eventually got through and they said the items would be replaced. Three weeks on and I'm still waiting.
We had an issue with an LED strip that failed after a few weeks. Despite changes in staff at Ultra LED's and me not replying to emails promptly, the lady I've just spoken to on the phone didn't make a fuss and went above and beyond to sort the issue. I got off the phone feeling she'd taken ownership of the issue and that everything is going to be sorted. Will use them again and would recommend them.
