I went to see Caroline, having had her recommended to me. She is extremely professional & highly skilled. I would always return to her for treatment with any future soft tissue & skeletal problems. So far I have had treatments for my back & Achilles tendons. The majority of treatments are pain free but some of the fascia release treatments are eye-wateringly painfull: (However, they are worth it). Additionally the treatment is more successful if you do the prescribed exercises between visits. Can treat in Ulverston, Kendal & Grange-over-Sands.
