Cater-Wash CK8512 12KG Washing Machine Purchased for light home use, not commercial. Never overloaded or overused. Lasted 14 months before breaking down. Drum wobbled and banged when spinning. 1st argument with Cater-Kwik: They told me I only had a 1-year warranty. Thankfully, I kept a pre-sales chat transcript on email proving it was sold with 2-year parts and labour warranty. 2nd argument: Once they admitted it was under warranty, they said if they send an engineer out to me and he/she finds that the problem is bearings or some other consumable, then the repair would not be covered by warranty. This I can accept, but here's the catch, they then would send me an invoice for 200 for the engineers call out. They then tried upselling me to a \better unit\ for another 1,000! I explained that I couldn't afford another 1,000 for another washing machine and I didn't think their warranty conditions were fair? It was a catch 22 situation. I won’t know if it’s a warranty fault until the engineer inspects the machine. Surely it should be inspected first and then give the customer the option whether to receive either a free warranty repair or chargeable non-warranty repair. It took 4 days with no washing machine trying to resolve this faulty product. Rather than take the 200 fee gamble, for an extra 100, I purchased a new machine from AO and had it delivered the next day. This experience with Cater-Kwik has taught me the company is not to be trusted and has poor customer service. The advisor knew the quality of the CK8512 wasn't good as she was trying to upsell me to the 18kg machine. I will not be using Cater-Kwick for my home or business again. They also pay 20 for 5 Star reviews.

I have bought frayer from this website I have to say customer service is good but when I logged call for frayer having problem burner keep going off during service. They sent engineer and couldn’t find any fault. Same night happened again and still having problem. Next day I got bill from caterkwik for 175 plus vat. I mailed them back about this matter and I been told that because of can’t find fault it’s not covered by warranty and you have to pay and I signed form. I really feel like cheated by their policy. Now I scared to logged call again because that’s how they make money. Also I have made mistake by buying microwave from this company. I have to say service is good but be careful when you called engineer for any problem in your equipment.

We are a Pub that offers B&B with 7 rooms. We run a full time kitchen and have spent literally thousands of pounds with Caterkwick until we purchased a ARTIKCOLD Freezer. We soon realised they offer NO CUSTOMER SUIPPORT because these people simply sell on any rubbish they can buy cheaply expecting others to support it, making massive profits in the meantime. Whats more they expect me to pay to fix it? Scandalous
