Infuriates me when Covid is used as the reason for poor service and ridiculous organisation Just now i had to wait 10 minutes to order, it arrived wrong and missing items. Now been in the place nearly fifteen minutes ... no queue!! Not busy! Three people ... one serving inaccurate orders, one wandering around trying to look busy and another scoring their wipe down with a clipboard. Shocking .... but it’s Ulverston so I guess the Area Manager doesn’t visit on a Sunday ... or is the one with the clipboard the AM, if so you’ve got a serious problem
