Made the gruesome discovery of a dead rat after investigating an awful smell. Called this guy who came out immediately on a Sunday. Thoroughly professional and friendly which Instantly put us at ease. The whole fiasco was resolved quickly and efficiently. Genuinely nice guy and would not hesitate to call him again.
