We have just had confirmation that contacts have been exchanged, with completion set for in a weeks time. Completion of the purchase and the start of a small business letting our original home and flat, owes a great deal to Karina Gallagher, the Managing Director with Hornby’s. Karina facilitated the finance needed and achieved this despite some difficult set backs. Karina was always available to provide advice and guidance as we negotiated our way towards the final goal. It is clear we could not have completed this major project without Karina’s support and help, which we are most grateful. My husband started off on this project saying it was not achievable. We now have 2 lovely homes, one of which is earning us an income. Thank you Karina for allowing me to achieve my goal
