We're new to the area and came across Keys Letting from a goggle search. I rang up Paul and have been impressed on the way they do business ever since. They use technology so that you get immediate feedback on flat viewings. At first I wanted to double check that they had everything covered but now I have let go! Rosie deserves a special mention for her efficiency. Keys Letting give a first class and personal service and we're delighted we instructed them. And this review was unsolicited...they didn't ask me to write one!

Keys lettings are fantastic. Genuinely 10/10 for service and always helpful. Paul and Rosie, amongst the other staff, were so polite and friendly when dealing with me and went out of their way to help with viewings and the whole process, especially during this current situation with Covid-19. in comparison to other agencies in the local area, their quality of service and reliability is night and day. can not thank them enough for how helpful they have been.
I couldn't recommend this company highly enough, a great letting agent which will go above and beyond to ensure you get the best service. I had lost faith in letting agents and estate agents in general until meeting Paul, he's a good guy and always happy to help. Thanks!
Keys Letting Centre Ulverston has been very helpful, efficient and professional throughout the process. Viewing the property, going through the application, providing all the information I needed and moving in and settling. Paul, Rosie, Ruth, Ben and Aramenta have all been very approachable, polite and helpful. They do look after the property well and make sure tenants too look after the property. That’s why the properties are well maintained.
