A great statue just round the corner from their museum
Love this statue visited it a couple of times really like the laughing gravy
I love this little statue. Always puts smile on my face. Stan laurel is a hero of mine and its nice to take photo with him and pretend for a minute or two that you are in a movie.
It's the Town where Stan was born and just down the road from the statue is the house where he was born and it has a blue plaque. If you like Laurel and Hardy it's always cool to actually walk and visit where Stan was born and lived. Plenty of places to eat in the town when you visit.
me and my wife were away on a small holiday in Bowness I had been looking online for things to see when we were over saw the Laurel and Hardy Statue could not go home with out driving down to see it in person It's a bit ago now since me and my wife were here but to have been in the home town of Stan Laurel is something we will always remember.
It’s a great statue and is close by a laurel and hardy museum
