Fantastic service from Photo Express. Ordered an item, they sent it the same day to arrive the following day. I've had a couple of issues with the product (Not Photo Express' fault) but they have been absolutely fantastic through the whole returns process. Customer service seems to be where a lot of companies fail, but these guys excel. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and polite staff. However, bought a charger that turned out to be an empty box with only the foreign adaptors in it. You would think they would be able to tell from the weight of the box. I'm a bit confused by how this manager to end up on the shelf in the first place. I would recommend checking the contents of the packaging before making any purchases here
