Lost Wanders

Not a bad spot if you can find it, no it's not where the pin drop takes you. It's a signed car park down a private road, must get a permit first with the info. Trees are very old, saw some badger poo which is quite exciting (you know you're getting old when...).

Great place to visit. No facilities at all but we visited for the place not shops. Very wet, stout footwear needed. The vegetation is what makes the place so special...and for me personally a very special plant the Sundew .

It’s a secret location really for an ospreys nest! Seen it today on the dead tree in the middle of the marsh land, I wonder if they nested there this year made my day finding that on my walk! I’m working round here in Ulverston but I live in Cornwall
