It was not my first car purchase but it was definitely the best experience I ever had. I am from Richmond but ended ordering a car from the Charlottesville dealership. The reason for all that it was because from the first contact everything was organized, honest, offer filled out with all the details and signed, every questions responded in a timely manner that made me so much more comfortable to order a new car and wait for it two months. When most of the other dealers it was just emails without spelling out all the cost, no signed offer, offers that did not include the accessories, etc all the “games” you can think off. Rick McCormack was a professional from day one and never disappointed. Thank You Rick and all the Umansky team, definitely will recommend to others! Happy owner of a new Subaru Ascent!
