Not a very lucky visit to my car workshop today. Even with a booked time I could not talk with the mechanic who was not the usual. More people than usual waiting in the hall and in the information desk. Probably coronavirus has to do with all this slowmotion working behavior. Hope better luck next time.

I do not recommend, the service was terrible. I was on the road from Stockholm to Harstad norvay .. I had a problem with the heating and coolant leakage, it was an emergency situation, I needed help, they just blew me away, they told me to wait until the end of the day but they don't guarantee me that they will help me. I was left with a problem, but I find help with a Mercedes Benz without any problem, after 15 years of driving a Volvo and I had a few. I have decided to switch to Mercedes. Volvo is no longer the brand it used to be, it's just a name. Stay away.

The Renault department was helpful. The sales people for transport cars only work Monday to Friday between 0800 - 1700
God service and competent personell.
Bra service
Dålig service. Lämnade ut bilen utan kylarvätska efter service. Och låg oljenivå efter byte. Återkallat bilen 3 gånger pga brandrisk.
