I was very lost and confused looking for panko, there was a staff guy who noticed me wandering around and immediately asked if I needed help finding something, after I told him - he quickly and kindly lead me to the correct shelves. That was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had, especially since I was running late to a meeting at that time.
