Great place, has everything you need in a gym. Excellent classes, top trainer, pleasant atmosphere, not too crowded, great and also not crowded swim pool. Highly recommend.
Quality climbing gym. Boulders are a bit strength-first. Lead routes are supreme
I really like it. So may group trainings. Nice big running machines with TV channels and YouTube. It is so worth ur money. 100% satisfied!
Great and big sports centre. Classes by enthusiastic and motivating instructors! And there is a good atmosphere. A few things to improve: make classes English or bilingual (There should be ones, but all classes were Swedish this week. Could you plan a session of each sport in English, since the focus in university area is quite international). Then it is good I think to let people join squash, beachvolleyball and badminton. If you can rent a court, why not join the sport? Even a slogan of IKSU is: stronger together, so let people join instead of only renting a court. But all in all, it is nice. Price is it worth it if you use it frequent/on the long term. For short periods it is relatively expensive.
its a huge sports centre which has large swimming pool, steam bath. Rock climbing tennis, gym, badminton. almost all outdoor sports activities
