Worst kind or should I say zero after sales service. I bought windows for our whole house from them. I had them fitted by my builder as we were renovating. Handles started coming off a week after installation and the rubber around the windows a week later. I reported it to the store and they promised to send someone to repair the windows. When they did not arrive or call I went back to the store and was told by the manageress that all work had been rescheduled because of rain and that they would definitely be coming to do the repairs. After another month of waiting I went back to the store and the store manageress tells me ,with attitude ,that they do not provide after sale service for windows that they have not fitted. Totally disgusted with the bad attitude and failure to provide after sales service. I definitely will not be supporting them again and will definitely not recommend them

used to get great service from.this company as a contractor but lately sending emails and even going in store to request a quote I have gotten no response. Will have to make use of someone else going forward.
