I bought the headboard last year November(2018) and the screws n handles were not there so I went there n told them ,the lady"manager" said she'll call me when they have them n then I've been following up on that through phone calls but never got help they always say they call me back but never till today (May 2019), my headboard n dressing table are still like that with no screws n handles the mirror is still covered in cardboard box, I need help I don't know what to do now
