Wow im so impressed by service at this Clinic, very friendly staff from the gate-general assistants to the nurses/sisters. What a service im still shocked, I so wish other Clinics too were this operational. You feel so welcome and dont feel like leaving even the lady who was giving a lil advice to all ladies and gents at the waiting area was very entertaining not just for the fun of it but simply because people had to know the truth. We were attended by 3 sisters and all of them were Too Perfect with service they even offered my son to come back for personal chats as he is approaching teenage phase and I was also freed to have come back for anything i need assistance with unfortunately had to rush somewhere. I also witnessed a lady whom I believe is a matron going around checking the running of the clinic which I found to be very good. Big ups to the entire team of 4th Dec may yourl be consistent.

This clinic does not respect patients and has a very poor service, I sent my brother to collect my medication ARVs, I couldn't walk because of my left leg infection my leg was swollen, they sent my brother back without giving him medications and told him I must come for blood test, now my question is, how am I going to come to the clinic if I can not walk??? This clinic has very worse unprofessional nurses working there and they very disrespecting patients and their phone is always on busy, POOR SERVICE!!!
