I have used their service for an international move (1300km). The move was very well executed, the packing/loading/unloading went smoothly and the movers were very helpful. I would have rated it 5 stars had I been able to to get a receipt. I called, emailed, called again for months and to this day I have no explanation why some of the expenses billed at arrival were unexpected. This is disappointing as the move itself went fine.

I am quite happy with this moving company, when we had more things to trash than initially agreed, they were very flexible and accommodated this easily. The whole move was executed quite well. However, some smaller damages happened that would have been avoidable: A textile chair received a small stain and a wall in our new apartment received a small scratch. Nothing serious.

Umzug lief super glatt, die Kollegen waren freundlich, schnell und gut eingespielt. Handling unserer Habseligkeiten war trotz der an den Tag gelegten Geschwindigkeit sehr umsichtig. Innerhalb eines Tages war der komplette Umzug erledigt!

Wir sind rundum zufrieden! Sie waren eine halbe Stunde früher da als angekündigt und 2 Stunden eher fertig als gedacht. Der Preis blieb dann der gleiche, aber das war mir lieber als umgekehrt :-) Vielen Dank, wirklich sehr gute Arbeit!
