My laptop started taking forever to boot-up, became very slow & sometimes completely unresponsive. Over the phone Jackie suspected a hard drive issue. I dropped my computer off and sure enough I had drive problems. Jackie installed a new solid state drive and now my laptop boots-up super fast & works better than when it was new! Jackie and Linda are experts at what they do, very friendly & reasonably priced. Please consider Country Computers & Publishing for your needs.

I was having an issue I wouldn't pin down, and Jackie very ably described all of the possible issues it could have been at no charge. I ended up replacing the motherboard, and the issue was resolved, which was one of Jackie's suggestions. In a town the size of Unadilla, we are very fortunate to have someone with the expertise of Jackie.
