Rainbow cake dry. Lobster Tail...Hard crust...had better. Cupcakes...sad looking, expected a little more frosting. Won't be visiting again.

Went to Carlos bakery in Mohegan sun. All kind of treats. Got my favorite - canoli. Wonderful as usual. Clean space....still no sitting in the sweets room but there are a few tables in the foyer area.

We picked up desserts for my birthday and they were amazing and rich. We have gone here in past when we stay in the area or visit the casino. It's a bit expensive but it's expected due to location. Definitely a good option if you are celebrating or want dessert. This is the white chocolate mouse covered in dark chocolate with some chocolate shavings.

Purchased the rainbow fudge cake and it did not have much flavor at all, and it had that taste like it was freezer burned. The frosting tasted exactly like the kind you buy at the store in the plastic container. Also purchased the ricotta Italian cheesecake, it was just OK, bought a coffee and it was good, got the iced cinnamon/amaretto. I had high expectations of this place .

Located near the Winter entrance at the Mohegan Sun Casino Carlos massive display of baked goods, featuring cakes, cookies, choclated dipped fruit, and more will tempt you coming in or eating out and with options from single servings to entire cakes and other pastries there is something for all appetites. I personally enjoyed the carrot cake which was moist and not over powered by frosting. The chocolate dipped strawberries we're a delight as was the peanut butter cupcake. The goods aren't cheap, but the goods are good.

Any day I have tried there lovey desserts I’m so impressed by the freshness and I have ordered 2 different birthday cakes for my children and they come out so perfect and impressive no matter how technically challenging. Thank you for being my new cake spot :)

Had the best chocolate cannoli there today. The counter worker was friendly and very professional as well. All the products looked fresh and delicious, it’s a must stop when yo visit Mohegan.
