I'm not sure why the negative reviews but this is my second time coming here and once as a patient. The staff is extremely helpful and very nice. My wait time was a little longer but considering we have covid going on this is expected.

Occupation clinic doctors and nurses get paid by insurance companies so even you are hurt at work and not able to work they will send you back anyway cause they work for big insurance companies.

Doctors aren't what they used to be anymore. Went in to get referred to a cardiac specialist after having a minor cardiac arrest, and they were more concerned with entering vitamin B12 in the computer (this took three attempts, two by my \Doctor\ and one from the Med Assistant) instead of my pressing issue at hand. No ekg or follow-up, was glad they were more professional at Pequot Health Clinic in Groton when it was in progress, these guys would have you die on them, not kidding, sadly. More recently was sick, went in to an empty office to be told the doctor was on vacation until Thursday and wouldn't be able to see any one at all this week... (Went in on a Tuesday). If the doctor is only in on Thursday and Friday, of course you won't get to see anyone. Currently looking for a better pcp. Doctors suck now. Staff only cares about a paycheck here and that's obvious. Thanks for referring me to other clinics when I need to see my primary. What's the point of coming here then?!? #Useless.

Came at 1020 thinking my appointment was at 1040 but it was really at 11. So at checkout woman failed to say it was at 11 when i said 1040. Waiting 40 mins to go up and ask all for her to say it was 11. You should have said that instead of having me sit there for 40 mins. Rude secretary..

Today I went with an emergency and they treated me excellently. The staff is wonderful, in the three years that I have lived in this country it has been my best experience.
