We initially met with Bob and he made what was a very difficult experience one that was easier than we thought it would be. Mark was the one that was there the day of the funeral. He reached out to me ahead of time and offered his total support. I asked for 7 easels for picture collages and he went out of his way to be sure I had 7. He set up everything beautifully. He was so compassionate to me and my family. On the day of the funeral, he was extremely friendly and respectful to all of our guests. We were completely satisfied from beginning to end, when Bob made sure I received plenty of thank you notes. Thank you for making sure that our son had a beautiful and meaningful funeral.

All of my dealings with Church and Allen, particularly Mr. Robert LaChance, have been very positive and professional. I particularly appreciated his frankness as we considered options for my late mom. He provided information and guidance without any pressure whatsoever to “sell” anything we didn’t want and offered useful suggestions even though they might have meant somewhat less money for the company. That is excellent customer service, and particularly appreciated in a difficult moment. Church and Allen has now taken care of my mom, my dad, my grandmother and family friends. Obviously we think highly of them.

I owe a great deal of gratitude to the family like experience I received at the Norwich office. My main interactions we're with Mark and Amanda who were extremely patient and understanding of what it was I was looking to do for one of the most important women in my life and her service. When that day arrived they were compassionate and professional from the picking up of my grandmother's to the insuring my every need would be met. They held true to what they told me as well as going and beyond for me and my family for which I will be forever grateful. I was happy with Mike he explained everything to us which was nice of him to do all that he let me come in to view my wife around 5:00 pm the only I was upset and body was so cold I could not put my around her and give a hug because that something I really wanted to do so was really upset about
