I lived at mt view trailer court for 6 years. The management is lazy and rude they never fixed anything in the place. They have a grandson named brandon who lives in the park he gets special treatment. I gave management a repair request. I was told Brandon had an issue with his stove. The next day a repair company was at his place to fix it. They have never helped me in such a way. They favor the mexicans they allow them to sublet to others i was evicted because i stood up to them. Bobbie joe ellson got very upset and evicted me. I do not recommend this place to no-one. They are ruthless people and they only care about the money. Live here if you want to .mt view trailer court is the worst place i have ever resided. I would rather be homeless than be there underneath their IRON FIST.

i love this place: from what i understand mt.view park has helped allot of people to live in low income save for their own home or just move -on, helping them live better and do it better! so apt buildings bad idea
Lived here my whole life. It should be taken down and made into apartments.
