They've handled this Covid 19 situation as poorly as they could. They've made themselves unavailable by phone. You can't get through. So if you get denied and have questions they are unavailable to answer those questions. The website looks like it was created in 1995 and operates with about that much ability. Unacceptable...

Claim filed April 4, still waiting after 53 days. They now owe me about 6K. Have repeatedly tried calling, emailing and chatting to no avail. Answered twice, first time redirected call to dropped, second time agreed with my issue, added it to a spreadsheet for someone to call me back ... right. Only one star because zero not an option.
Went in to get help with unemployment advice for resume and job search but I guess too many people abuse the system so it’s hard for real beneficiaries to obtain unemployment while a lot are drawing and working for cash under the table.
