Was on hold for a half hour and started the call @3:54pm. No one picked up, was #7 in line. The worse customer service experience and I didn't even get a chance to talk to anyone. Why isn't management doing their jobs and making sure their employees are actually working? Or maybe give the jobs to people that would ACTUALLY answer the phone?

Always friendly and helpful........remember to ask for a supervisor if you get confused by the rep helping you....99.9% of them are very sharp and super happy to help get you straightened out....
People were very nice, could be cleaned. Long waiting time.
