Went for the first time the other day. The women working were very nice. When I was unsure what to get the one woman offered recommendations. Once I selected a flavour they asked me what level of sweetness I wanted, if I wanted ice, and what toppings I wanted. The inside is nice and colourful and welcoming. I will definitely be returning and would recommend for bubble tea. (I have not yet had the opportunity to try other menu items)

Tried the uni black pearl and a lychee green tea with mango popping bubbles. Soooooo good! I didn't think I would like a milky tea but do yourself a favour and try the black pearl. Thanks Uni for making the star of our road trip very enjoyable.

I tried the Uni Black Pearl today, and it was beyond tasty! I would say this is the best bubble tea in town!! The blended flavor of black sugar and milk is beyond devine! Also, the owner is really generous, she gave me extra tapioca!! Highly recommended!! I will recommend Uni Bubble Tea to all of my friends as I'm sure they would love it as well!!

Great place. Nice atmosphere and friendly service. Got a couple of different drinks and the tornado fried potato thing and everything was very good. Great to have a place like Bradford, I feel bad for taking too long to check it out.

I find the young girl has a attitude. The older ladies are normally polite. We parked outside and she said 15 minutes when we ordered over the phone. I went inside I see 3 other group of people went in an order after me and still got there order before me. I went in and I had to wait 15-20 minutes for my order. I went home to realize my whole order was wrong so I had drove back to get it change. That's the second time i had to deal with her. I have a smoothie blender at home, so they won't be seeing me again.

I came in last night for the first time and I’m definitely coming back. Excellent customer service, Vivan was very friendly and gave me great recommendations. Drinks were made fast and tasted great!
