Matt came over to close the pool down for winter. I found him very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a couple of issues with my pool and me being a novice, Matt took the time to explain the issues and possible solutions very clearly. When communicating with him he responded to my messages or questions extremely quickly. He was also good value for money. I will be using him again when I need to open the pool up in spring. I did engage with other pool companies prior to choosing Matt and from my experience with him, I’m glad I made that choice.

Matt was able to get our swimming pool, that had not been used for some 10 years, operational again. He gave helpful advice in advance of his visit and carried out the work professionally. In addition to servicing the filtration system, Matt was also provide a useful tutorial on both the filter system, testing the water and adding chorine, etc. Would have no hesitation recommending Matt.

Since we moved into our house last August we've had Matt replace the old liner, fit a heat pump pool heating system, winterize the pool and open it in spring. He has always been prompt and the workmanship has been excellent. Matt is also very open and available to answer questions. We are very happy we found him to help us with our pool!

Called Matt to look at my hot tub, (not heating) he was prompt and quick to come round. Arrived when he said he would, was honest in his assessment of the problem. He was not able to fix it on this occasion, but I would recommend Unicorn and was happy with the service.
