worst company. doesn't even deserve a one star review. my regretful experience started with signing the contract. The next day, before the cc machine even arrived or any processing had started, some amounts were already deducted from my business account. There is no way to get any explanation for the deduction. Don’t expect ANY customer service from this company. After some emails, we had the contract cancelled and I was promised a refund if I sent the equipment back. I sent the equipment back immediately, unopened, still in its original packaging. I never received ANY refund. In 3 years, I received an invoice for 2389.40 from collectors for service that was never performed or provided. If I could give a zero star review, I would. Worst service from a company I’ve ever experienced.
