Stressed staff not very well organised.. Shop looks untidy

Staff were really helpful and patient with sorting out my child's school uniform. And didn't have to wait too long either for the uniform to be stitched/ordered in. Highly recommended!!
Helpful and friendly staff!
They're just so blah! Can never find orders probably because its all paper back in the stone age, they need to keep orders better, also they had left a pad out with peoples info out around the shop! Which is pretty bad. Always seems chaotic.
