Everyone is so nice and welcoming and not judgy!!! They seem to really care about not just your fitness, but your overall well being. I have heard several weight loss stories from members, that have helped inspire me in my own weight loss journey. I signed up through my employer and got a good discount. I have tried fad diets and things but I have never been more dedicated to cutting out the bad foods, exercising, and losing weight as I have been since joining AF.

Best gym ever. The staff is so friendly, welcoming and educated. They will answer any questions you have and try to help you as much as they can. The trainers are awesome. Just a wonderful place and atmosphere.

I had a membership. Then I was diagnosed with lupus and became too tired and easily injured to use it. I told them this but because of my contract, they still made me keep it. I had to go to the doctor, pay the copay and deductable, just to get a statement saying that I was telling the truth for them to let me out of it. So I laid several months for a membership I couldn't use. Thanks a lot guys.
