Our local place to go and always used but today was very disappointing. Leaving the area to go camping for the weekend and needed propane. Was told the cook was to busy for us to get propane, so we were refused a service that is offered there. Complete inconvenience and would understand if it was not a service available or something was broken, but to make an excuse and not even make the slightest effort to help the cook or plan a way to give customer service for something you offer at your station is a slap in the face to your customers.

I got a burrito it had egg shell it was so nasty. And every time I go in there they never wear masks. Disappointed but not surprised.

I just had surgery so can't put any weight on my left foot. My husband drove my son down to Texaco to get me a bag of ice and other items. My son accidently dropped the bag of ice and it broke open. The guy made my son pay for the bag and take the broken bag of ice. So we paid an outrageous price for a half a bag of ice. I have been a manager of a convenience store for 16 years and I would never treat a kid this way. This is the only store by my house but I will drive into Shelton before I go here again.

There should be a negative rating here for the employees who shoot meth in the bathroom on the clock and the weakling racist owner who illegally cheats his employees who are loyal to him..
